Bugga Rajeshwara Temples is located in Adilabad District, Bellampally Mandal, and Kannala village. This Temple is dedicated to lord Shiva the most important Hindu god for the Shaivism sect, the patron of Yogis and Brahmins, and also the protector of the Vedas, the sacred texts. This temple is located under the water flow falling from above the three hills surrounded around it.

Till today no one could find out from where the water is coming, but that water is very much useful for thousands of people over there. Daily, local people usually visit this shrine with great devotion and commitment.

People from different places come here a day before Shivaratri. They have their holy bath in the lake and wait in a queue line patiently for the darshanam of Lord Bugga Rajashwara. People believe that if they worship this God wholeheartedly God will fulfil all their wishes and desires. On the day of Shivaratri, the temple will be filled by his name everywhere. On these days’ devotees perform Mahayagnas and poojas with a lot of perfection. People from different states like Karnataka, Maharashtra come and visit this place for the blessings Lord Sri Bugga Rajeshwara.

Sri Bugga Rajeshwara Swamy Temple is based perfectly with beautiful south Indian architectural styles and patterns which are totally admirable. The amazing architecture shows the dedication towards the Lord Sri Bugga Rajeshwara Swami. Beautiful images of local Gods and Goddesses are structured in the Temple towers. Though the ceiling is normal but, the floor of the temple is amazing which are made of black granite slab stones. At present, the management of the Temple is concerned with the identification, interpretation, maintenance and preservation of significant cultural sites and physical heritage assets and tourist inflow and providing them adequate facilities to understand the heritage. Management is nowadays working to stimulate regional development, tourism development for both preservation and economic development of the regions which has gained much popularity.  There are temporary small shops for the basic needs of the devotees. The staffs of the temple are strictly well appointed for the convenience of the people who come from far places

There are many buses regularly available from Bugga Rajeshwara Temple to Adilabad.
